              barbering and grooming services. If you are not fully satisfied
              with your service, please notify us before leaving the shop or
              within 24 hours of your appointment.

              Refunds or service adjustments may be considered under the
              following circumstances:
            
            
              - The service provided was not as requested or agreed
 
              - The quality of work falls below professional standards
 
              - Service cancellation due to our inability to perform
 
            
            3. No Refund Situations
            Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
            
              - Change of mind after service completion
 
              - Results differ due to undisclosed hair/scalp conditions
 
              - Adverse reactions when no patch test was performed
 
              - Late cancellations or missed appointments
 
              - Personal dissatisfaction without specific service issues
