1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or receiving services from Urban Collective Grooming ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Description of Services

We provide professional barbering and grooming services, including but not limited to haircuts, hair dye, beard trims, shaves, and general grooming treatments. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at our discretion.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee. Repeated no-shows may lead to refusal of future bookings.

4. Health and Safety

Clients must disclose any scalp conditions, skin sensitivities, allergies, or medical conditions that may affect the service. While we take all reasonable precautions, we are not responsible for adverse reactions if information is withheld.

For safety reasons, we may decline service if a client has contagious conditions (e.g., lice, open wounds, infections).

5. Hair Dye and Chemical Treatments

We recommend a patch test before any chemical or coloring treatment. By proceeding without a patch test, you accept full responsibility for any allergic or adverse reactions. Results of hair dye and chemical services may vary depending on hair type and history; no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, mobile payments, and major credit/debit cards. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Additional charges may apply for extended services, complex styles, or late arrivals.

7. Refunds and Satisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with your service, please inform us before leaving the shop. We may offer adjustments or corrections at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed for completed services.

8. Liability

While our team exercises the highest professional care, Urban Collective Grooming is not liable for any injury, allergic reaction, or damage arising from services unless directly caused by negligence or misconduct on our part.

9. Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who display inappropriate, abusive, or disruptive behavior. We also ask that children under 12 be accompanied by a guardian while in the shop.

10. Promotions and Offers

Any promotions, discounts, or loyalty rewards are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. They cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

11. Privacy

We respect your privacy and only collect personal information necessary for booking and providing services. Your data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
